Xmas 2015 at the Hangar

It's wheelbarrow time, this Friday – 18 December

Players, parents, friends, wives, girlfriends, husbands, boyfriends, sons, daughters and other faithful, are all invited to the Adelaide Street Oval Clubrooms, to celebrate a bonza year and to witness the drawing of the 2015 Annual Wheelbarrow Raffle.

To add to the moment, there will be a free barbecue beforehand and the bar will be open for the sale of drinks – at special Xmas prices – throughout the evening.

Come on down from 6.30pm and catch the final of the AFL 9s competition, while enjoying some festive cheer, before the draw at 8.00pm.

Each adult attending the draw will be eligible for free entry into the Lucky Door Prize and, for the kids, there will be lollies and softdrinks, as well as some other giveaways – for those who are not on Santa's naughty list.

2016 Gets Underway

After an extensive interview process, with a number of high quality candidates, the Central Coast Bombers are very pleased to announce our coaching team for the 2016 Black Diamond AFL Season.

With the club again fielding three senior Men’s teams and also introducing a senior Woman’s team, it’s an exciting time for the Club. The coaching and management team chosen provides a great mix of youth, experience and football passion, to lead us into this new chapter.

It is with great excitement that the Club announces the appointment of Scott Reed as the Premier Division Coach and to support him in his pursuit for success, the appointment of both Chris Forster and Michael Smith as Assistant Coaches onto the Premier Division coaching panel.

Michael Young has been appointed the First Division Coach after joining the club in 2015 and having a strong year, while the Second Division team will be coached by long time clubman Gerard Schell. The club is still in the process of recruiting a coach for the 2016 Women’s team.

The 2016 campaign officially commences for all senior teams, with the first pre-season training session on Sunday, 22 November, at Adelaide Street Oval from 9:30am.

This will be a great chance to have a light run, kick some footy’s and meet the new coaches. A BBQ and refreshments will be provided after training, everyone is welcome.
