  • Paul Harrison has set off the Egypt which will include a safari in Botswanna.
  • Alex Wells is coming back to play in 2010 while brother Hugh is seeking a university placement in the ACT.
  • Alan Elsworthy is back at work after a week in hospital and is reported to be fit and well.

Brief Club News I

  •  Ryan Stanton's Black Cats summer skills programme is coming along nicely and will begin in a few weeks of a Friday Night at the ground.  If you have not yet registered contact Ryan on 0419409941.
  • Passionate St Kilda supporter, Glenn White, is one in the club who we know is off to Melbourne on Friday to watch the AFL Grand Final.

  • The club is negotiating with a an applicant for the position of senior coach - more news on that later.
  • Club presentation night will be held on Saturday 10 October at the Bay Sports Club.  Tickets are $35 each and bookings should be made ASAP to secure a seat where the club's $1,000 player will be named.
  • Dave Dunning and his lovely wife Elise are proud parents of an addition to the family: a beautiful baby girl, Sienna Elise, 3.26kg and 49.5cm.  All well.  A big congratulations from the Bombers.
